FRANCHISE PROCESS
The Ninja Nation franchise process is centered around getting to know you and introduce you to the sport of Ninja and Ninja Nation
STEP 1
Introduction Call
We kick things off with a "get to know you" meeting. We will find out what drew you to Ninja Nation, discuss your background and your passions as well as an overview of the Ninja Nation business. STEP 2
Concept Review
This is an in depth presentation into our history, our culture, our operations and our business. We will cover everything from our One Million Heroes mission to our 3E's, our ten revenue streams, mobile unit and Arena operations. This is also a great time for both of us to have an open and honest dialogue about moving forward in the process. During this meeting you will get an insight into our business and culture, and learn what it takes to run a successful Ninja Nation. At the conclusion of the call if we decide to move forward we will schedule you for the next step in the process.
STEP 3
FDD Review
We will do a deep dive into the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) document that is required to be thoroughly reviewed with any prospective franchisees. This document includes financials, costs of building out a Ninja Nation, background on our executive team, a full list of current Franchisees, multi-unit franchise opportunities, outlined training program, operations manual and more.
STEP 4
Pre Opening Q&A
We will walk through training, pre opening marketing and Arena Build-out and get all questions answered about our process and how owners and the Arena team gets ready for Grand Opening.
STEP 5
Confirmation Day
Confirmation Day is a full day of fun at Ninja Nation. You will meet the entire executive team and support team. We will start with a tour of our Arena and give you the opportunity to ask all of your "burning questions" to our team. We will dive into more details on the process of building and opening a Ninja Nation Arena as well as our focus on culture and our One Million Heroes mission. This is the penultimate step to becoming a Ninja Nation franchisee. Please note this day is designed to inform the franchise prospect and confirm their interest in owning their own Ninja Nation.
STEP 6
Franchise Agreement Delivery
After Confirmation Day we will follow up with you to let you know if you have been awarded a Ninja Nation franchise. Upon approval you will have 10 days to finalize the franchise agreement.
STEP 7
Franchise Agreement Signing
Today is the day. The day where you become a Ninja Nation Arena owner and we start the real estate search, compiling the mobile unit, obstacle course design and we begin marching our way to 1,000,000 Heroes!
