  • What is the average unit volume of a Ninja Nation location?

    Our average gross revenue is $1.279M.*

  • How much profit can I expect to make by owning a Ninja Nation location?

    While we don't disclose profit in our FDD's Item 19 we do disclose Revenue Less Disclosed Expenses (Royalty, Tech Fee, COGS, Insurance, Credit Card Processing, Marketing Expenditures, Management Labor, Labor) which is $671K on average.**

  • What experience do I need to become a Ninja Nation gym franchise owner?

    You do not need to have experience in the fitness or family entertainment industries to join our team. In addition to having the financial capabilities to invest in a Ninja Nation franchise, general business management experience is important, and prior business ownership or franchise experience is preferred. More than anything, we seek out people who are able to create a member-oriented environment that blends with the Ninja Nation mission, who have leadership abilities and solid communication skills, and who are passionate about healthy lifestyles and have a love for kids. For qualified candidates, we’ll provide the training, tools, and equipment guidelines needed to open a Ninja Nation gym franchise and operate it effectively.

  • What is provided as part of the Ninja Nation franchise program?

    Before you open your gym franchise, you will have access to an initial online training program. We will also provide an initial training program at our headquarters-based support center, which will last up to ten days. The initial training program includes classroom instruction and on-the-job training relating to operations, equipment usage and maintenance, customer service, marketing and sales programs and methods of controlling operating costs. In conjunction with your Grand Opening, representatives of Ninja Nation will spend up to five days assisting you and your staff on-site at your location. We may also offer supplemental and refresher training programs for you and your team. In addition, we will present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help run your business properly on a day-to-day basis.

  • How much will the Ninja Nation franchise investment cost me?

    The total investment to open a Ninja Nation franchise is between $1.1M and $1.8M. Which includes everything from the Ninja Nation mobile unit to the buildout and equipment for your Arena as well as pre-opening marketing spend and a lot more. 

  • Is financing available?

    No. We do not provide direct financing to franchisees, but we may refer to financing sources on a case by case basis.

  • Are there ongoing fees to pay?

    We charge a royalty fee equal to 7% of gross sales and a technology fee of 1%. These royal allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of product and supply channels, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.  Our technology fee currently includes NextLevel software for wristband technology; POS/ERP software for scheduling classes and purchasing memberships, the on-line learning management system; digital content management for televisions on-site; and music licensing.

  • Are there any advertising fees?

    Franchisees will be required to spend at least $3,000 per month on local marketing initiatives. (This amount may be increased up to 2% each year of the franchise agreement term.) Franchisees will also be required to contribute up to 2% of revenues to the national system marketing fund which will go into effect when national location levels reach a certain level. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Ninja Nation brand nationwide, and help cover the creative costs to develop local marketing materials and campaigns.

  • What is the term of the agreement?

    The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with three subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
